استخدام بطانات الألياف السيراميكية والخرسانة الحرارية في أفران التكرير – دراسة حالة من مصفاة حديثة (العراق)

تزود معظم أفران التكرير بغلاف معدني يحيط بالهيكل بأكمله، مع طبقة خلفية في البطانات لحماية البطانة العاملة من الظروف القاسية اعتمدت طرق العزل الحراري التقليدية في وحدات الأفران صغيرة الحجم على الخرسانات الحرارية المقاومة للصهر، في حين توفّر الألياف الخزفية خواصاً حرارية مختلفة، إلا أن هذا التركيب لا يسمح بإجراء مقارنة مباشرة بين المواد. تعرض هذه دراسة حالة لفرن تسخين النفط الخام عام 2023 في مصفى حديثة، حيث تم استخدام الألياف الخزفية في منطقة الإشعاع (حوالي 800 درجة مئوية، بمساحة 103 م2) والخرسانة المقاومة للصهر في مناطق الحمل الحراري (حوالي 450 درجة مئوية، بمساحة 250 م2). ونظراً لاختلاف المنطقتين في درجة الحرارة، وآلية انتقال الحرارة، والإجهاد الميكانيكي، فإن هذه الدراسة لا تقدّم مقارنة مباشرة بين المواد. أسفرت النمذجة الحرارية في الحالة المستقرة عن تقدير كثافة التدفق الحراري بحوالي 1850 واط/م2 للألياف الخزفية تحت ظروف تشغيلها الفعلية، وحوالي 3120 واط/م2 للخرسانة المقاومة للصهر تحت ظروفها الخاصة. تم عرض تقديرات نظرية لكثافة التدفق الحراري، غير أنه لا يمكن إجراء مقارنة مباشرة بين المواد نظراً لاختلاف ظروف التشغيل. لم يتم جمع بيانات فعلية عن استهلاك الوقود أو قياسات لدرجات الحرارة السطحية الخارجية. جميع تقديرات فقدان الحرارة واستهلاك الوقود المعروضة في هذه الورقة هي تقديرات نظرية، تستند إلى نمذجة التوصيل الحراري في الحالة المستقرة باستخدام قيم التوصيل الحراري المقدمة من قبل الشركة المصنعة. ولم تسجل اي نسبة مئوية متحققة عمليا لتوفير الوقود.
